Enabling Utility systems like Cooling Towers, wind turbines and solar panels support critical processes in several industries: from Injection Molding to Data centers, from Breweries to Hospitals and from Greenhouses to Chemical plants.
Malfunctioning of these enabling utility systems are often the cause of downtime of the core production process. But these peripheral systems are usually not connected to the central production Management system.
SMART sensors collect vital data on critical operating parameters like in-flow and out-flow temperature of water and air, motor current, motor vibration and fan-speed. Warning messages inform the operator when the peripheral systems are no longer able to support the core production process.
